Kindred Funeral Home is pleased to offer this valuable, potentially life saving card to you at no cost or obligation. Gail Graham our Family Service Coordinator would be happy to talk with you and gather all the pertinent information that might be needed in an emergency situation. In the event of an illness or accident, this wallet size card contains critical data that the police and paramedics need to administer proper medical care. Information such as an emergency contact person, critical medical history, prescription medicine that you might be taking, and allergic reactions to certain medicines are but a few of the items contained on the Emergency Medical Information Card. If you travel frequently or live away from other family members, this card can speak for you in a time of need.

In addition, we are pleased to offer the Emergency Medical Information Card program to area groups that want to offer this valuable resource to their members. We have conducted these programs at many area church groups and senior organizations with great response from those in attendance. If you would personally like to have the Emergency Information Card, or know of a group that you feel would benefit from this type of presentation, we would be pleased to assist you in any manner.
