Bill and Jill (Roberts) Kindred are the owners of Kindred Funeral Home, Inc., both are licensed funeral directors and are actively involved in assisting families with services, advance funeral planning, and community support programs. Bill is the co-owner and President of the Kindred Funeral Home. He is a licensed funeral director. Bill is a Past President and member of the Northmont Rotary Club, Past President and current Board Member of the Englewood-Northmont Chamber of Commerce, past President and Board Member of the Brookville Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Northmont Education Foundation, the Miami Valley Career Technology Center Strategic Planning Cabinet, and served as the Treasurer for the Greater Montgomery County Funeral Directors Association. He is a graduate of Northmont High School, the Montgomery County Joint Vocational School, Weber State University, and the Community College of the Air Force. He served in the US Air Force and is a member of the American Legion. Jill is a licensed funeral director, a co-owner, and serves as secretary and treasurer of the Kindred Funeral Home. Jill holds a Masters Degree in Social Work and coordinates grief groups, holiday remembrance services, and aftercare programs for the funeral home. She also is a graduate of Northmont High School, Weber State University, the University of Utah, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Scott J. Rolfes serves as a licensed funeral director and embalmer. Scott has been with the Kindred Funeral Home since 1999. He received his Bachelor Degree in Mortuary Science in 1997 from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, and is a graduate of Northmont High School. Scott is a Board Member for the Englewood-Northmont Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Northmont Rotary Club. He is also a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church. Heath J. Florkey serves as a licensed funeral director and embalmer and recently joined the firm in early 2011. Heath is a member of Sycamore Ridge Community Church in Brookville, serves as vice-president and board member of the Brookville Soccer Association, and is a past-president and current member of the Brookville Kiwanis Club. He is a 1991 Graduate of Tri-County North High School in Lewisburg and a 1996 graduate of the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science.
