Gary W. Tipton, age 68 of Englewood, passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2020. He retired from Stanley Electric. Gary enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed woodworking and was an avid Ohio State fan. He is survived by his wife of 48 years: Julia (Jessee) Tipton, son: Jason (Cara) TIpton of Loudonville, daughter: Stephanie (Jeff) Kuhn of Columbus, grandchildren: Brady, Braxton, Carter, Cole, Adalyn, Sophia, Carson, mother: Ida (Hill) Unger of Englewood, sisters: Celeste Heeter of Englewood, Tandi Pike of Dayton, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Leslie Tipton. A walk-through visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood) with Brother Dan Hill officiating. A private service will follow the visitation. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
