Gerry Ann (Thomas) Johnson, age 86 of Englewood, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020. She had retired from General Motors and later worked at Lazarus department store. Gerry attended Englewood Pentecostal Church. She is survived by her husband of 55 years: Owen Verlan Johnson, daughters: Melissa (Paul) Marshall of Englewood, Reva (Thomas) Sawyer of New Carlisle, son: Ronald (Vicky) Back of Columbus, grandchildren: Clint, Jennifer, Jesse, Amanda, Jeremy “Jay”, Jarrod, Jacob, numerous great grandchildren, son-in-law: Bob Hooten, sisters: Delores Blankenship, Gayle (K.C.) Amburgey, brother: Bill (Gwen) Thomas all of Kentucky, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Raymond and Carma (Dennis) Thomas, six brothers and sisters and daughter: Cheryl Hooten. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Interment will be at Polk Grove Cemetery in Butler Township.
