Larry J. Boomershine Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Larry J. Boomershine, age 80 of Union, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022. He retired from General Motors with over 33 years of service. Larry enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals fan. He is survived by his wife of 58 years: Thelma (Cantrell) Boomershine, children: Renee Boomershine, Michelle (Brian) Beighley, Hank (Lindsay) Boomershine, grandchildren: Brandon (Grace Coleman) Beighley, Andrew (Lindsey Jones) Boyer, Matthew (Kira) Boyer, Joshua (Erica) Beighley, Kristin Beighley, Aiden Boomershine, great grandchildren: Zia, Banyan, Tuf, Lincoln, Colt, sister: Miriam (Gene) Bourque, sister-in-law: Sarah Wittman, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Louis and Alta (McDaniels) Boomershine. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood). Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
